Legend Partners has 40 agents (26 in SLC and 14 in Denver). The company was started in 2000 by ex Trammel Crow brokers. Since then, we have helped thousands of retailers/companies expand throughout our coverage area of Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Utah & Wyoming. Today our team regularly transacts Industrial, Land, Office, Retail & Investment deals. The first deal for LP SLC was helping KIC buy the Astra Tower development site (tallest building in SLC) and deal two was a Great Clips renewal. That really sums us up as a company.
