Kristin has experience conducting extensive research and analysis in both the urban and single-family housing markets that help secure development and pricing recommendations, absorption forecasts, and buyer profiles. Before joining John Burns Research and Consulting, Kristin was the Market Insights Manager with The Ryness Company, a full-service sales and marketing organization specializing in the needs of new home builders and developers. Kristin graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from The University of Utah and earned her Master of Arts degree in Economics from San Diego State University. Kristin is based in Salt Lake City.
